For those who don't know, there is a consignment shop at Southpark Mall in Strongsville, Ohio. This store is called Blended and specializes in featuring the goods of local businesses in one convenient place for consumers to browse.
And we are proud to announce we have become one of the vendors on display!
The last year for HookedandHemmed has been a whirlwind of excitement. We launched our website, came up with cute new creations (patterns coming soon), and met so many of our wonderful customers in both Cleveland and Akron. We have loved every minute of it and plan on continuing to grow in the next year. That starts with Blended.
Until now, if you wanted to buy a cute handmade plushie in person, you had to find us at a craft fair. Craft fairs, while super fun for us, can be sporadic—and always in a different location. Now, we will continue to make appearances all the time, but we are excited to have a storefront open in one location where you can come buy all of the cute plushies you want.
So, What Will You See at Blended?
On display, there is a mixture of old favorites and new goodies.
Plushies
As always, there is a wide selection of plushies. Choose from triceratops, aliens, and ducks! All of these are fan favorites at craft fairs and for sale just for you! We also have new favorites like small egg-shaped animals (pig, cow, peacock).
Bandanas
A new addition to the HookedandHemmed collection, these bandanas come in an array of colors. Buy one for a signature look or mix and match for an accessory for every outfit.
Book Sleeves and Bookmarks
Who doesn’t love books? And now you can keep them protected with a handmade goodie. Book sleeves come in both crochet and fabric options. Whether you choose Fabric or crochet, all book sleeves come in a range of sizes and colors so you have the perfect protection. Pair them with a Moonchild or No Shelf Control bookmark.
Keychains
With multiple colors and styles, the keychains are a super simple and cute way to express yourself. The mushroom keychains even pop at the top for a great fidget toy in a pinch.
